Joseph
The past of the man called Joseph is shrouded in mystery - even to the man himself. It is suspected by some - like Scamp and Ph-Eros - that Joseph is truly Magneto, the mutant master of magnetism. However, Joseph claims to have met Magneto, so whether or not he is truly Magneto remains to be seen. Joseph was plucked from the X-Men's mansion in MV1's X-Men #71 to meet with the Exiles. Has started to develop feelings for Aleta.

First Exiles Appearance:
Exiles #1

The Mysterious Stranger
The Stephen Strange of another reality, Doc Savage was caught in the blast of a gamma bomb while trying to save a young boy named Bruce Banner who had driven onto the testing site. When the radiation caused Strange to become the monstrous Doc Savage, Strange sought out mystical powers in order to find a cure for his condition. Although he now possesses great magickal abilities, he has not been successful in finding a cure. Was freed from his condition by interaction with the Exiles' strange blue orb, which transferred 'Savage' to Firefly.

First Exiles Appearance:
Exiles #1

Ph-Eros/Battlestar
Not much is known about this young mutant from another reality, save that he can control a body's biological responses to certain stimuli and, as a result, take control of a person (when he has physical contact with them). Stole the costume and weapon of the hero Battlestar and has begun to question his obligations to humanity and his team.

First Exiles Appearance:
Exiles #1

Nachtgleiskette
A dark, demonic figure with the ability to teleport and skilled with
a sword, a native of the same reality as Daywalker. Joseph
believes him to be at least an alternate reality counterpart
to the X-Man Nightcrawler, but this is yet to be determined.

First Exiles Appearance:
Exiles #7

Xin'garoth
Somehow responsible for and able to control the 'Savage'
condition experienced first by the Mysterious Stranger and later
Firefly. Xin'garoth can travel to and from TransEarth by his own
means, and can render himself unable to be touched by anyone
other than Nachtgleiskette.

Crusader
Sarah Rogers is the daughter of Captain America and Rogue,
from a world where the heroes never returned from 1985's
Secret Wars. Raised on Battleworld alongside the former Exile
Firefly, Crusader is a natural-born leader despite her youth
and carries the shield of her fallen father.

First Exiles Appearance:
Exiles #13

Daywalker
The reclusive Daywalker has not yet revealed anything about his past, nor has he exhibited any superhuman powers. Ph-Eros in particular wonders about this young man's life and, despite their apparent dislike of one another, the two share a bond that suggests they truly care for one another. Killed by Doc Savage while confronting the heads of the Crimson Circle.

Scamp
Like Joseph, Scamp's past has not yet been revealed, nor has
the shy girl shown any powers that she may possess. She
despises Joseph, believing that he is Magneto, but has not
yet explained why she hates Magneto so much. Fell in love
with Daywalker but, after his death, has had trouble coping
with reality. Scamp was left behind when the rest of the Exiles
departed Battleworld.

Firefly
A young mutant from the war-ravaged Battleworld, site of the
original Secret Wars. Possesses the ability to generate wings
formed of flame and shoot heat blasts from his hands. Firefly
is quite young and inexperienced, and seems to have attached
himself to Aleta and Joseph, almost as replacements for his
parents. After trying to kill the Mysterious Stranger in retaliation
for the death of Daywalker, Firefly was given the 'Savage'
condition by the team's mysterious blue sphere. Firefly was
left behind when the rest of the Exiles departed Battleworld.
